this is actually chinese vietnamese! im chinese viet it was brought over to vietnam from nguoi trieu chau :) it is of course now apart of viet cuisine but bc of rising sinophobia we forget these origins. this dish also exists in malaysia singapore etc bc of chinese immigration! love this video chi
