My ex lost his job and became really broke after a few months. I had my job and a side business as well so my stupid ass decided to pause with my side business and lend this guy my capital and my business tools to work with till he bounces back. No interest on it, just pay back on time. I trained him on how to operate the business and everything. He promised to pay back after a month but I told him the money was for my fees so I’d need it in 2 months but he insisted he was going to pay within a month and that he cannot thank me enough. Fast forward, his business started doing well after a month, he even had another branch and I trained his employee. He was called back to his previous job and this guy was clearly doing well. He reinvested in other businesses and it was all going well. Now it was time for me to go to school and this guy started acting funny, postponing then stopped picking up my calls. He clearly had the money but he was busily reinvesting. I even cried one time begging him to payback since I needed it so bad for my fees. He still didn’t pay. Luckily, I had something set aside for another business I was trying to start on campus. I used that for my fees. That money was supposed to generate income while I was schooling and since it wasn’t there, I was almost broke through out Uni. I couldn’t tell anyone because I was too ashamed to. I also couldn’t asked for help because my family thought I had 2 businesses going on and they were all doing well. My dad even suggested the 2nd business, helped register it and even got me a place on campus for that. He didn’t know I never started because I had to use it for fees. Though they were supportive whenever I asked, I couldn’t truly voice out my needs because I couldn’t bear to reveal my stupidity should it lead to that. It’s been more than 5years now and he still hasn’t paid.

don't agree...I was going through some rough times....my friend lent me 2 million. I make sure I thank him every now n again. n even before I want to do anything like go for a vacation...I run it past him 1st. we all need the help sometime.
