@iampuneetnanda: Replying to @Lala_lambchop 🚨 Turn your toothpaste around and read the warning. Most fluoride toothpastes contain 1,000–1,500 ppm fluoride (about 0.10–0.15% fluoride ion). That means a full toothbrush loaded with toothpaste contains far more fluoride than you actually need. That’s exactly why dentists recommend only a pea-sized amount for adults and children old enough to spit. Why? 🦷 A pea-sized amount is enough to: ✅ Clean your teeth ✅ Deliver fluoride where it’s needed ✅ Reduce unnecessary swallowing That’s also why the back of many fluoride toothpaste tubes carries a warning like: “Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age. If more than used for brushing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.” More toothpaste does NOT mean cleaner teeth. It just creates more foam… and sells more toothpaste. Your toothbrush technique matters far more than the amount of toothpaste. Use a soft toothbrush. Brush for 2 minutes. And remember: pea-sized is science, not marketing. #O#OralHealthT#ToothpasteF#FluorideD#DentalFactsB#BrushSmart
