@onthe.hob: would you add anything to this sandwich? the sandwich from Bourdain’s own cookbook Bourdain first had this sandwich at Bar do Mané in São Paulo, Brazil, while filming an episode of No Reservations in 2007. He liked it enough to put his own version in his 2016 cookbook, Appetites, mortadella, provolone, Dijon mustard and mayo on a white roll. Five ingredients, five minutes, done.
