I really don't think he is panicking at all, he has confidence in himself. we've seen him in Austria during the yellow flag, there was a clear difference between how George handled it and who actually panicked, but af this point he lacks confidence in the car and from the outside it looks like he doesn't have the support needed from either Toto (we've seen his statements where his first stance was to say all the issues are caused by George's driving style) or his side of the garage. It feels liks he has to make up for bad strategy, while Kimi's side of the garage is compesanting where he lacks skills. I think given all the undeniable car issues and lack of proper support he is extracting everything from his conditions.

I just don’t understand why he’s not on same code & software as his team mate ? All teams have both drivers on same coding , they way the team admitted “software bug” when been pushed by George after he was missing less battery & top speed for 3 races in a row needs investigation by fia . Imagine what else is going on behind the scenes

How tf is George “overthinking” - his car has been broken race after race. This also is not a confidence issue. Mercedes clearly has elected to not support him (in favor of devoting all attention/resources to Kimi). George is an incredible driver, but no one can salvage the shitbox that Mercedes has handed him.
