I think they’re gonna make more than $200,000 in profits from the movie on top of what they’re already gonna make on the movie so I don’t think that they’re complaining that they have to pay $200,000. That’s probably the best $200,000 they’ve ever spent.

IF true, and if they were going to impose a fine, they should have at least warned then of the fine to give them an opportunity to fix before having to pay it. I’d make sure there was a statute or law that supported the fine.
