let me tell my theories: she breaks up with Adrien and duo to the fact that Adrien can't just let her go and move on, he would check on her as chatnoir, and the develop feelings and becomes an item. I'm not saying ladynoir will happen because if you think about it logically it's like Adrien moved on from Marinette but with chatnoir it's like Adrien wanted to just be close to her again, and Marinette needs someone to Comfort her.
