Finding customers, creating value, delivering consistently, improving. Simple does not mean effortless. Writing a book is simple. Think, research, write, revise, repeat. Getting fit is simple. Train, eat well, recover, stay consistent. Learning a difficult skill is simple. Study, practise, make mistakes, correct them, repeat. The problem begins when you label something complicated. Once the mind accepts that something is complicated, it starts looking for reasons to delay it. Analysis becomes a hiding place. Overthinking begins to feel like preparation. You start believing you need more information, a better plan, more confidence, or all the answers before you can begin. You don't. Take the first step. Do what you can with what you have. You do not need to understand the entire journey before you begin walking. Clarity often appears through the work itself. The first step gives you information. The next step gives you direction. Then the next. Do not make the mistake of demanding certainty before action. Make the task simple enough to begin. Then let the process teach you the rest.
