Here’s the problem. The police do not follow nor understand the constitution that they are supposedly to uphold. They use intimidation and fear to force compliance with hands on force. They do not use common sense when arresting someone they believe this concept of shoot first ask questions later so break the lawand then stand on qualified immunity so they can get away with their lawlessness. They are not enforcers their lawbreakers.

I'm in England. Unfortunately the requirements to be a cop in America is to be dumb stupid and lacking humanity. Also to be able to break the law and ignore the constitution. Taxpayers are paying a lot of money due to the legal consequences of cops wrongdoing and the actions they take.
