The fact that in America you can file a lawsuit for every litlle and stupid thing where you think you can get a lot off money is a big problem in your justice system and your culture . These lawsuits are meant for serious cases where there is real damage and and or injury and wrongdoing. In this case the driver is a hero and he should file a lawsuit to these parents. There is bad intent that can ruin a persons name, get fired and lose everything he worked for his whole life. ONLY IN AMERICA
