Chicken Chilli 🔥🍗 This Restaurant-Style Chicken Chilli is everything you want—crispy chicken, a rich garlic chilli sauce, crunchy peppers and onions, and the perfect balance of sweet, savoury, and spicy. It's surprisingly easy to make and tastes even better than takeout. Save this recipe for your next dinner and tag me if you make it! Follow @alittlesaute for more cinematic recipes you'll actually want to cook. Full Recipe Ingredients: 300g boneless chicken, cubed 2 green bell peppers 1 large onion 1 bunch green onions 5–6 garlic cloves Chicken Marinade: Salt, to taste 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp oil Sauce: 6–7 dried red chillies 2–3 Thai green chillies (optional) 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp ketchup 2 tbsp hot sauce 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with ½ cup water Sesame seeds, for garnish Method: 1. Marinate the chicken with all the marinade ingredients until evenly coated. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside. 2. In the same wok, sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the dried red chillies and the white parts of the green onions, then cook for 1 minute. Add the bell peppers and onion, followed by the soy sauce, ketchup, and hot sauce. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens. 3. Return the chicken to the wok and toss until coated. Add a splash of water if needed to adjust the consistency. 4. Finish with sesame seeds and the green parts of the green onions. Serve hot over rice and enjoy! #ChickenChilli #ChickenRecipe #DinnerIdeas #ViralRecipes #FoodCinematography
