Like I get air travel is frustrating n all but why do people yell at the workers? Like not only is it not their call but they can do literally nothing about it, it’s completely out of their control, and even if they could do anything-as my mom always said- you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. I worked in the service industry 4 a national company n people would yell at me about price/policy/ect- like ma’am you’re taking to the person lowest on the totem pole like I have 0 power or control over any of this. Sure Nancy hold on let me call the CEO right quick so they can address your concerns directly 🙄🙄
