for people saying they want to live 700 years ago no you don't there was the black death the child mortality rate was high government was weak so if you lived in a town with a low population if you or your family was stolen from or 🍇'd or robbed most likely nothing would happen if you were poor you have basically no freedom and the labor was brutal again if you were poor you'd work morning to night in the fields and pay heavy taxes and the great famine from 1315-1317 it killed millions because crops wouldn't grow from harsh weather lastly no modern medicine a broken foot could kill you even a small little cold was dangerous so do you still wanna live 700 years ago I'm not hating on dark fanatsy btw I love it

Living back then would have only been decent if you were a knight or a higher class. Life sucked back then and if you got hit with a lick of ANY disease you were basically cooked.
