I was wondering why he did so many calls between him and Lindsey? I realized it was to prove that she was awake, not drugged. Awake and able to off the kids. If she was drugged and asleep she wouldn’t be able to pick up. Which is why he took her Apple Watch, so he could pick up for her.

@Claire: My theory is he got rid of/dumped his first outfit between CVS and ThreeV. That’s why it took him twenty minutes instead of 10 to get to the restaurant. He had a change of clothes in his car and dumped the clothes he was wearing when he killed the kids and hurt Lindsay. He had already hurt Lindsey and the kids before he went to CVS. He “left” at 5:15 pm but didn’t get to CVS until 5:33 pm. That’s 18 min for a 3 min drive. He did it before CVS. Made up the call to “show” she was alive. Drove to the restaurant but made a pit stop to get rid of evidence. Aka his clothes.

In another thing, why would she take the Apple Watch off after doing all that stuff? I think he is holding the Apple Watch and I think while he was at the store she was already outside because he pushed her out there and he brought the Apple Watch with him so that it would look like she was moving in committing the murders, even though he had probably already killed at least two of the kids and then came home, realized the baby had it passed away from the pills or whatever and then smothered them, which would give the emergency workers enough time to restart his heart because if he was strangled very soon after Patrick had left, they wouldn’t have been able to get a heartbeat
