@ysx042: Homemade bread recipe without kneading (simple kitchen setup) Ingredients 500 g wheat flour (approx. 3 1/2 cups) 10 g dry yeast (1 packet) 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 350 ml lukewarm water 2 tablespoons olive oil Method In a large bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir lightly and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes, until foamy. Add the olive oil and salt. Mix. Add all the flour and stir with a spoon until you get a wet, sticky dough. No kneading needed. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size. After it has risen, gently mix the dough just to deflate it. Place the dough in a greased pan or lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rest for more than 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the bread is golden. Let it cool a little before slicing.
