@henry.ideas: I learned something recently that changed the way I think about marriage: Don't just take care of your wife. Learn to sow into her life. Sow encouragement. Sow prayer. Sow resources. Sow opportunities. Sow into her dreams. Sow confidence into her when she doubts herself. Sometimes, hold your wife and intentionally say: “I believe in you. I sow into your dreams, your purpose, and everything God has placed inside you.” Women are incredibly powerful, and when they are loved, supported, valued and given room to flourish, what they can produce is remarkable. A good marriage shouldn't only be about maintaining a home. It should be an environment where both people become greater because they found each other. Don't only ask, “What can my wife do for me?” Ask: “What can I pour into her that will help her become everything God created her to be?” Because when you sow love, encouragement, resources and support into the person you're building life with, the harvest can bless the entire family. “He who loves his wife loves himself.” Ephesians 5:28 #Marriage #ChristianMarriage #HusbandAndWife #MarriageGoals
