I am targeting US clients now, because I couldn't even get business owners in the UK to take the services for free 🤦♀️

So true! I’ve had American clients ask me to invoice them for more because they thought I wasn’t charging enough. I don’t bother in-person networking because people in the NE of England would NEVER pay my rates 🤣

🙏🏾 Please can you share tips on how to secure US clients? I feel I'm at that ceiling with UK procurement processes and budget scrutiny. My DMs are open as well

Same for alcoholic drink sales. Americans; signed off full launch for 180 stores in 2 weeks. Tesco, Sainsbury: 2 years and no listing won’t even have a meeting with you. Oh then they will approach your rivals who are listed with them and get them to launch your product range because they only like big companies like Coca Cola or Unilever

i noticed this when i did freelance seo for wedding businesses a few years back. us clients understand the importance of investing in outsourcing and are happy to connect you with other potential clients, meanwhile, uk clients are veryyyy hesitant
