I do not support that the cop shot him just because he was running away but you guys have to understand stand if you hear shots you are in an fight or flight mode and he is an police officer he has to be in fight mode so when he sees someone running out of nowhere at the place they’re was an shot fired so he was most likely startled which is why he shot
