Do NOT publicly announce this. It’s illegal to intentionally create traps to damage a person or their property. However, it’s completely legal to use a tree trunk as a structural base for your snowman, even if it just so happens to damage someone’s car.

You know how mentally unstable you have to be to even want to ruin a snowman regardless of who built it. I see stuff like this and it warms my heart, reminds me people still find joy in simple things and that’s all I have to keep me going in the winter because I hate it. Who would ruin them 😩

They’re literally driving up onto someone else’s private property to run over theses snowman, and it’s super easy to just say you were having a difficult time with the base of the snowman, so you used a solid hard object as a foundation.
