Let the shrimp marinate while you prepare the other components In a bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined Cut your Italian loaf in half. Scoop out some of the inside of the bread if you want, it’s really up to you Spread the garlic butter over one half of the bread. Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside Heat a pan over medium high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 1 minute per side. (Keep in mind the shrimp will finish cooking in the oven, so this helps to prevent overcooking). Remove the shrimp  and set aside Reduce the heat to medium low. Add the tomato paste and minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute…stir  constantly so the garlic doesn’t burn Pour in the heavy cream and stir until smooth. Season with additional Cajun blend and salt to taste. Let the sauce simmer until slightly thickened Spread the sauce over the toasted bread.
