My goal is to start trying a new recipe AT LEAST once a week! The whole family enjoyed this one, and I will def be making it again! Recipe: Chop some bacon(I used the whole pack), brown it. Cook some chicken thighs (grilled sets it off), once done & cooled, chop into cubes & sit to side. Make pasta of choice. After pasta is cooked and cooled, pour at the bottom of serving dish. Add the bacon, half of the chicken, shredded cheese and green onions on top. For ranch dressing: 1 cup of sour cream, half cup of mayo, 1/3 cup of chicken broth( more if you want the dressing less thick), and a package of ranch dressing. Mix it all together, then pour some on top of dish. Mix it all together. Add leftover chicken and more green onions on top. Drizzle with ranch dressing and enjoy! Can be served cold, but I enjoyed it at room temperature. Was also good the next day without heating. Just keep some ranch dressing to add to it. . . .
