Grilled Patty Melts are such a simple and delicious dinner- my family loves them! Need easy dinners in a budget? Grab all our low prep recipes at the top of my main page 🫶🏼 Onions: 1 yellow onion, slices 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp mustard *sauté on low 10 min Filling: 1 1/2lb ground beef 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp pepper 1/2C shredded jack cheese 1.brown meat with garlic 2.add tomato paste and seasonings 3.melt cheese into meat Sauce: 1/2C mayo 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tsp mustard 1 tbsp sweet relish 2tbsp diced dill pickles 1 tsp white vinegar salt & pepper to taste Patty melts: 12 slices sourdough bread 12 tbsp butter 16oz shredded cheddar *beef filling *sautéed onions *sauce 1.butter outside of bread slices 2.inside bread add cheese, beef, onions, more cheese, & 1 tbsp sauce 3.grill sandwich until cheese is melted and bread is golden #groundbeef #quickdinner #quickmeals #simpledinner #simplemeals
