كبسة بالخضار ✨: . . . زيت بصلة مفرومه بهارات صحيحه فص ثوم ملعقتين كبيرة معجون طماطم بهارات ( بهارات مشكلة، كمون ، فلفل اسود، ملح ) دجاجه بالجلد مغسوله ومنظفه كوب عصير طماطم ماء مغلي خضار مقطعه لقطع كبيرة بطاطس ، جزر ، باذنجان …… على نار متوسطة لما تنضج الدجاجة والخضار .. نطلعها على صينيه فرن .. ….. ونضيف كوب حمص معلب وكوبين رز مغسول ومنقوع لمدة ربع ساعه وقرون فلفل حار .. …… رشيت الخضار الدجاجه بالزيت وفلفل مجروش وملح ودخلتها الفرن من تحت وفوق مع بعض لما تتحمر .. …. #كبسة #كبسة_دجاج #غدا #غدا_سهل #غدا_سريع
