It partially correct, however you cannot use a bearish candle before a bullish impulsive move, this does not indicate that buyers had stepped in at that point, you can only use the wick of a bearish candle before the impulsive move otherwise your order block will be too large and not accurate, I see so many people teaching this to students and causing them to enter too early reducing the risk to reward, and this is not from my own analysis (although it makes sense) this is from my mentor who is a 28 year Wall Street veteran institutional trader
