Why would you even WANT to live in a castle. This isn’t like witches who create covens. 1 giant ass castle for 1 vampire. Plus if we are talking older castles it would be freezing in the winter and sweltering in the summer and the cost of installing ac and heating would probably cost more than the actual castle. You would also have to deal with historical societies and historical preservation laws if you so much as wanted to paint a wall or redo the floors don’t even get me started on the amount of paperwork for ac or heating.

If we're coining terms, Hipposapien is a fun concept! To break down the language mechanics: Hipposapien: Combines Greek (Hippos = horse) + Latin (Sapiens = wise/thinking). Etymology purists call this a "hybrid word," but language breaks those rules all the time! Pure Greek (Hippanthropos): Combining Hippos (horse) + Anthropos (man/human). Pure Latin (Equisapien or Equihomo): Combining Equus (horse) + Sapiens or Homo.
