The Bible did not tell us to do dry fasting to get power. you will receive power when the Holy ghost comes upon you that is what the Bible says. Holliness is a key point. Generally fasting is good for your health. Fasting help to reduced distractions. fasting is not necessary from morning to night or next day that people believe. I can start my fasting from 7pm to 7am the next day. That is fasting. what now matters is what you do within that time.
