Mix the flour, cornstarch, and spices, then coat the chicken well, pressing the coating in to create that crispy texture. Fry in hot oil until golden, crispy, and fully cooked. While the chicken is still hot, mix the spicy glaze and spoon it over for that glossy, spicy finish. Mix the spicy mayo until smooth. Toast the buns with a little butter until golden.
