wouldn't the heat from the grinder change the hardness at the very edge? at the very least you should be quenching as you grind, you can put an edge on anything but only well treated high quality will keep it.

amigo y no se oxida ese material yo hice uno y debo dejarlo siempre con aceite después de lavarlo siempre debo llenarlo de grasa o aceite para que no se oxide
