If she arrived with enough time to collect her order then why not just allow her in? Employees are paid to stay after operating hours in order to complete closing duties (the same way they are paid to come in before operating hours in order to open the store for the day) … if the store was still open then she should have been allowed to collect her order (especially if it was already paid for and all she had to do was walk to the desk, collect her bag, and then leave the store)
