That’s actually not a new idea! In Morocco there’s a traditional cosmetic called Aker Fassi used for generations as a natural blush and lip tint You wet the pigment with a little water or rosewater then apply the red color to your cheeks or lips so the idea of wetting a natural pigment to create a blush effect already existed in Moroccan beauty traditions
