Caramel Cappuccino Tiramisu Pots AD / I am a BIG fan of the cold, make ahead Christmas dessert and this is one of my favourites! Layers of coffee soaked sponge, caramel drizzle and thick, creamy, luxurious @YAMAS! Labneh. It is THE festive ingredient. Amazing in soups and cheesecakes, dips like this Garlic & Herb Log or this epic Boxing Day sandwich! YAMAS! Labneh is available from Tesco, Ocado and Booths, so make sure it's on your Christmas shopping list! I've written up the recipe for the Caramel Tiramisu and the Garlic & Herb Log below, A x Makes 4 pots 8-12 sponge fingers 100ml strongish coffee 2 x 200g pots YAMAS Labneh 50g icing sugar Caramel drizzle/sauce 4 squares of dark chocolate Break one or 1 and a half sponge fingers into the bottom of each of the glasses. Pour over some of the coffee and leave it to soak in whilst you make the cream. Place both pots of labneh in a bowl and add the icing sugar. Mix with a wooden spoon until you have a smooth, thick cream. Drizzle each of the pots with a little caramel sauce. Divide half of the cream between the 4 pots and smooth it down so it's evenly spread. Finely grate some of the dark chocolate on top. Make another layer, exactly the same as the first and finish the pots with grated dark chocolate. Cover and keep in the fridge until you're ready to serve! Garlic & Herb Labneh Log 2 x 200g pots YAMAS Labneh 1 tsp garlic puree 4 tbsp finely chopped herbs (I used chives, dill and Thyme) 40g finely chopped dried cranberries 100g mixed nut, finely chopped Place the labneh in a mixing bowl. Add the garlic puree, 2 tbsp chopped herbs, 40g finely chopped dried cranberries and 50g mixed chopped nuts. Give it a good stir until the ingredients are evenly spread. Tip the mixture onto a square of cling film. and push it into a cylinder shape. Pop it in the fridge or the freezer to firm up a little. Open up the cling film and sprinkle the remaining chopped nuts and herbs over the labneh until covered. You can use the cling film to roll the log around until covered. Carefully roll it onto a serving board and use a dinner knife to gently push it into a log shape. Serve with lots of crackers or as part of a cheese board! #YAMAS #Christmasrecipes #Festiveideas #lovefood #cooking
