@vanessatradez: 1. Taking a loss is frustrating. But losses are part of the business not proof that your strategy doesn’t work. 2. Closing a winning trade too early is frustrating. But learning to trust your plan takes time and repetition. 3. Watching the market move without you is frustrating. But missing a trade is ALWAYS better than chasing one. 4. Following your rules and still losing is frustrating. But a good trade can lose. Your job is to execute well, not predict perfectly. 5. Watching someone else make money while you didn’t is frustrating. But comparison will destroy your discipline. Trade YOUR setup, YOUR plan, YOUR risk. THE LESSON: Trading will always test you. The goal isn’t to eliminate frustration. The goal is to become disciplined enough that frustration no longer controls your decisions. Good traders learn the market. Great traders learn themselves. 📈🧠
