Trying to explain to my friends that yes, the most consistent character in the entire franchise is Mary Magdalene, one of Jesus Christ’s most devoted followers when He walked the earth, as she’s the ONLY character in the entire franchise to appear in both the Xenosaga trilogy AND the Xenoblade trilogy (technically). She is one of if not THE most important character to the lore of a franchise spanning almost 30 years. It’s still so much of a wild concept to me that to this day it makes me chuckle when I think about it. I could read scripture right now and go “hey I know her from Xenosaga ep3” 😭
