That’s just insane. They don’t know the constitution. They don’t want to learn but they took a note to protect it. The Whole police department needs to go through a strict learning program regarding the constitution that they swore to protect the audacity to say I don’t know it and I’m not gonna learn it is insane when the police swore to protect it
