I don’t see the black tartar, if anything I see his teeth are abnormally white. With such a bright color it’s normal that your gums look dull/dark. It could be sub gingival tartar, but that can be treated by a professional dentist.

This is called Cervical black line caused by poor marginal adaptation of the veneer, with exposure of the cervical margin or the luting cement. Do not confuse it with simple extrinsic staining.

De la méchanceté gratuite il a pas de tarte noir et il a le droit si ça lui plaît de faire que ses dents du haut. Comment vous pouvez dire qu il a mauvais haleine alors que vous êtes pas à côté de lui. Comment vous pouvez dire qui a une hygiène douteuse alors que le connaissais pas. De plus si vous dites que son apparence est son travail il doit être impeccable donc propre et sentir bon😉

He has dental implants… the dark gum outlining the tooth would be because the old tooth is being exposed and he needs to get them redone or depending on what method was used.. underneath can be a metal implant/crown. One of my crown was metal under and ceramic on top so over the years the metal will be exposed and I would have needed a new crown.
