A few moments from our Saturday Shared Sessions. These kids have been absolutely ON FIRE. The energy, work ethic, and level of training happening inside these sessions continues to elevate every single week. With Trial Sessions now available for dancers looking for an opportunity to earn their way into our Shared Session Program, the response has been incredible. I’m beyond grateful for the exponential amount of new clients coming into Bodytech and for the trust families continue to place in our team and our method. One of my biggest goals has been finding ways to make elite-level training more accessible without ever lowering the standard of the program. What I love most is that these dancers come from so many different studios, backgrounds, and training environments, but when they walk into a Shared Session, none of that matters. They are here for ONE reason: TO WORK. No studio politics. No division. No mediocrity. Just dancers coming together to strengthen their weaknesses, sharpen their technique, challenge themselves, and become better than they were yesterday. The standard is high because the goal is high. We don’t train to be average. We don’t train to simply keep up. We train to become ELITE. So proud of these kids and even more excited about where this program is going. BODYTECH SHARED SESSIONS.
