Yall have to understand the reason why lash serums even work is because it pulls more blood to your eye area so it can feed the follicles and the hair grows more and faster, that's the only way it works, that's why you will have red eyelids all the time. It's the same concept as minoxidil for hair growth, all it does is stimulate more blood flow
