My bf answers the phone like it’s an issue that I’m calling him. I told him this bothers me and he made me feel like shit about it and acted like he has to walk on egg shells around me. you tell them. I get that it may be scary because you dont want to be too much but for all you know, you telling them grants them understanding which allows them to adjust how they talk to you. keeping it in doesnt help you or them. so just tell them.

I have a new partner and because he doesn't know I'm a sensitive individual, he does some small normal things like leaving a message on read when it doesn't require a response and I'll be thinking AT LEAST REACT but I also know he's not ignoring me😂

I'm highly sensitive and I will just throw a tantrum. Been with my husband for almost 22 years and he knows exactly why now. For some years he didn't understand why I was not feeling good because he doesn't need as much affection/human attention. I definitely need a lot more care. I'm happy to be able to feel and express myself. Now I just embrace that I'm highly sensitive because no one talks about it much. I'll call people out on things that hurt me. I would not keep it inside.
