Try a T234X blade, they cut the upstroke and downstoke, really good for laminates, quick and clean aswell.

the joinery was excellent. I would however have made a hole in that concrete dug out the pipe and redone the plumbing. I dont see any sleeving. likely will leak and floor will have to come up

Why not just use the chopsaw for both cuts. Jigsaw isn’t needed here in my opinion.
