lol...when I have a garage sale, I was advised to put on the ad that early birds pay double. it worked. best advice I've ever gotten.

Chandler:you have to spend 2 days getting ready everything you can they will be their 2 hours early and they rush to get to next sale. never have a sale without time allowed so you would if had to be their at 4 30 in morning to set it up because as soon as you put time on sign they will be their two hours early

I had someone steal from my yard sale one year. I told her she can keep what she stole but never come back. I use to have a yearly yard sale and I knew she always came.

We helped my sister with her garage sale when her husband passed and she was moving from Mississippi back here to Alabama and girl I WILL NEVER do that again!!! People are crazy and mean when it's comes to a garage sale🫣🤣 I survived the Mississippi garage sale but I also had a nervous breakdown, it was AWFUL😂

It’s been like this for years..they can put no early birds but they still show up using excuses I’m leaving town, I have to get to work, I have a drs appt etc etc.
