Everyone loves Jersey Mike’s Rosemary Parmesan subs… so I had to recreate them at home and dare I say, these might be even better. 🤭🥖 The softest, freshest homemade sub rolls with that same irresistible rosemary Parmesan flavor… but made with better ingredients and straight from your own oven. ✨ Copycat Rosemary Parmesan Sub Rolls ✨ Ingredients: 🥖 3–3½ cups bread flour 💧 1 cup warm water 🥛 ½ cup warm whole milk 🍯 2 tbsp honey 🧈 3 tbsp butter 🍞 1 tbsp yeast 🥛 1 tbsp nonfat dry milk powder (optional, but makes them extra soft) 🧂 1½ tsp salt Brush with egg wash, then top with: 🧀 ¼ cup grated Parmesan 🌿 1½ tsp dried rosemary 🧄 ½ tsp garlic powder ✨ Flaky sea salt Bake at 350°F for about 15–20 minutes (depending on size).
