first of. If the officer is so scared about hands in pockets, why follow the person in to the store? second thing, stopping someone just for "jaywalking", slow day on the field? I get it IF cars had to stop when he "jaywalked" but if there was not traffic just let it be. but far to many officers go by policing by feelings and egos
