A lot of it is determination & commitment- I remember biking the MS150 from Houston to Austin. No training, wisdoms teeth removed 72hrs earlier. And literally smoking a cigarette on bike while ppl where like wtf? Actually the team my wife was with- they ALL quit was just me, her, and my bf Jimmy. That finished it. Mind of matter
