I’m absolutely sure she’s admitted it but that still doesn’t prove she did. I’m not gunning for Patrick but the evidence doesn’t look great😂 and ultimately this attorney needs to prove the reasonable doubt and there is absolutely doubt.

He went on a 3 day "ski trip" (3 days to NY to see his girlfriend? For sure) and all 4 of them remained unharmed 100% under her care but in the 30 whatever mins she sent him on an errand she committed 3 murders and a suicide attempt??? Guys.... come on.

i think her defense attorney bringing up how she was being treated in the hospital in his opening statements (saying she was handcuffed to the bed, guards in or outside of her room, unable to be visited by her family or a lawyer, etc) could be because this was a coerced confession made under extreme duress. i wonder how much she was led by investigators based on what patrick’s narrative was, and how they could’ve twisted answers. this is all just speculation but something is so off about this case and her admission here isn’t enough for me.

She could’ve given a false confession in the midst of her deep depression and upon hearing her kids were unalived. She might actually believe she did it had a hallucination of how she did it. It’s also possible she did after hearing Patrick’s voice ordering her to do it. Why is her defense asking if that email Patrick sent at 5:24, was sent from his surface Pro?

OK, that doesn’t explain why patrick has different clothes and shoes on from the CVS video to the restaurant video. Why email was sent to his home computer when he was supposed to be at CVS doesn’t explain why Lindsey‘s DNA was not found on the exercise bands and why lindseys Apple Watch has 3 flight of stairs on it if he’s the one that had the watch

I know she admitted and that’s not up for debate in court but it’s just very odd his timeframe and many other red flags circulating everywhere..
