@tylerpath: So I've more or less been main gating for the past 11 years, completely naturally. Here are some of the most important things I learned along the way: 1. Use your strength as an indicator of your progress instead of purely just weight. 2. Lean is lean, when you're sub 15% body fat, every single kind of muscle you put on becomes that much more noticeable. 3. Instead of setting a definitive, arbitrary weight goal, focus more on the trajectory of your weight. For example, when I first started, I was very skinny and relatively lean.
