100% to avoid lawsuits and liability. I worked at a warehouse once and the managers there told me stories about guys they knew that were basically SET FOR LIFE because of workman’s comp and injuries they sustained on the dock that led to the intense and rigorous training they provide now. I mean I would hate to get hurt like that but Jesus…set for life. That’s insane to me. For a trip or a fall or losing a few fingers. For some people it’s worth it.

so pretty much the "training course" is if you indeed do fall slip trip etc etc you can't sue Amazon directly. You took said course and passed pretty much saying you know how to handle walking hazards
