So 65+, the only in the store, she HAD an attitude, you called her out and she changed her attitude. She was probably having an awful day, getting screamed at by managers and realized she was taking that out on you. She probably doesn’t want to work customer service but has to. I’m not trying to defend her but life just sucks right now :/

Idk it’s one side of the story…. I take everything with a grain of salt…I’ve seen ppl make entire scenarios up at my work to the point I want to play back the cameras for them 🤣🤣 not saying you are lying… just it’s funny how people hear one side and run with it…

ngl I would be petty and write a review because she dragged it lol. Seems like she wasn't expecting you to actually call her out. And made you feel bad just for picking up an order. Good on calling her out though!

I’ve been in her position. Sometimes you’re having the worst fucking day and you don’t even realize how you’re coming off. Not defending her, not saying it’s acceptable. But you guys need to remember almost nobody works in customer service because they like it, they do it because it’s an easy minimum wage job to get. Nobody wakes up thrilled to work at Walgreens😭😭
