This was a hard one, but I finally realized if you put the phone towards your forehead and lean the bottom portion out and let your eyes look up at it. It’ll rotate the other direction. Once you’ve done it like that a couple of times then you can start moving it away from your face slowly and straightening it out and it will continue to rotate that way as long as your eyes have a strain to them.

It's the colors. if you focus on the light colors, you're gonna see it spinning in one direction. But if you focus on the dark colors, you're gonna see it, spin the opposite direction.
