@drdavidmorris: Why do your symptoms get worse every winter? Vitamin D, immune health, autoimmune wellness, seasonal inflammation, sunlight exposure, immune regulation, winter health, chronic symptoms, and functional medicine are all connected topics gaining attention in health research. Many people notice recurring symptom patterns during fall and winter months. One factor researchers often investigate is vitamin D, which is produced through sunlight exposure and plays a role in supporting normal immune function. As daylight hours decrease, vitamin D levels may change for some individuals, making seasonal health patterns worth paying attention to. Understanding these patterns may help create more informed conversations about long-term wellness. 👉Track your symptoms throughout the year and discuss recurring seasonal patterns with your healthcare provider. 💬What month of the year do you usually feel your best? #VitaminD #ImmuneSystem #SeasonalHealth #HealthTok #AutoimmuneAwareness #FunctionalMedicine #WellnessTips #murfreesboro #functionalmedicine #magnoliamedicalcenter #rootcause #fyp #viral

I do way better, physically and mentally in the winter. The heat & humidity in the summer sucks the life out of me. Anything over 80 and I am done 😩 Given the choice of 80 or 20, I’ll take 20 every time.

This is me 100%. I absolutely dread winter because I can’t even function. I’m exhausted and depressed for months.

I sit outside every day from minimum of 20 to 40 minutes. I try to sit out there with the first son of the day and even if it’s gloomy because I live on the coast I still go sit outside. I had a tan all winter, which was crazy because I wasn’t trying to get a tan. I have Hsdhimottos and Hypothroudism disease and I have to admit. I have never felt better in the last nine years that I’ve had it, as when I’ve spent time in the sun.
