East Ridge Police they confirm they have fired Officer Anna Simmons. Then she went to the Bradley County Sheriff's Office. Simmons is named in another lawsuit against from the East Ridge Police Department filed last month, where she's accused of using excessive force while preventing a patient from leaving.

If this is your city’s police officers you should be embarrassed and be calling for a department to clean house, obviously this behavior starts from the top. I support good police but call out when abuse of authority happens.
